Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all products sold on www.onlypurefilter.com, including water filtration systems, tankless reverse osmosis systems, countertop systems, water filter pitchers, refrigerator filters, replacement filters, and accessories.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for eligible products.

2. Condition of Returned Items (All Products)

To be eligible for a return, all products must meet the following conditions:

  • The item is unused and uninstalled

  • The item has not been connected to any water source or used with water

  • The item is returned in original, undamaged, resalable condition and packaging

  • All original accessories, manuals, parts, and components are included

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, any product that has been installed, used, or exposed to water is non-returnable and non-refundable.

3. Product Categories & Hygiene Notice

Many OnlyPure products are hygiene-sensitive (including filtration systems, pitchers, filters, cartridges, and components that contact drinking water). Once opened and/or installed, these products cannot be resold and therefore cannot be returned.

Returns for these products are accepted only if they are new, unused, and in original sealed packaging.

4. Compatibility & Incorrect Orders

Customers are responsible for verifying product compatibility before purchase. OnlyPure replacement filters and system components are designed for compatibility with OnlyPure systems only, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

If an item is ordered incorrectly or for a non-compatible system:

  • Returns may be accepted only if the product is unused and in original condition

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

5. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to customer preference, incorrect order, or compatibility issues, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped) or a confirmed manufacturing defect, OnlyPure will cover return shipping or provide a replacement at no additional cost.

6. Inspection & Approval

All returned items are inspected upon receipt. OnlyPure reserves the right to refuse returns or issue partial refunds if:

  • The product shows signs of installation, use, or water exposure

  • Packaging is damaged, missing, or incomplete

  • Parts, accessories, or components are missing

7. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Refunds apply to the product price only. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

9. Non-Returnable Items

The following are non-returnable once opened or installed:

  • Any filtration system, pitcher, filter, cartridge, or component that has been installed or used

  • Any product exposed to water

  • Clearance or final-sale items

Shipping is Outrageous

I love the 140-gallon water pitcher but to replace the filters is outrageous. $19.99 for shipping when the product is $26.00, that doesn't make any sense. It makes me realize before buying a product to check into the replacement parts. If I don't find another way to replace the filters, I'll have to throw the pitcher away because I'm not a juice or lemonade person...so no other use.
